Chapter 4: Violations

  1. All patrons of the Gaming & Esports Arena must agree to comply with the general operating rules that have been set to facilitate the proper operations of the facility. Failure to comply may result in action by the Esports Program Director or the Student Centers Director to deny arena use privileges to any individual or group.

  2. Any damage to the facility due to the result of patron negligence or misconduct will be the responsibility of the patron to pay any associated fees or costs.

  3. Students can be referred to Student Accountability & Conflict Resolution for violations of the Code of Student Responsibility for activity within and around the Esports & Gaming Arena.

  4. The Student Centers team reserves the right to take necessary and appropriate action to protect the safety and well-being of the patrons who are using or visiting the facility. Failure to comply with policies may result in summoning UNC Charlotte Police and prosecution in accordance with the law.
